In this high-stakes challenge, you are tasked with assembling the ultimate team for a heist of epic proportions.

The objective is simple, but the stakes are high: participants must create a heist and a dream team of three individuals each bringing unique and complementing skills to pull off the perfect heist.

What’s Being Stolen?: The Mirror Shard

The target is hidden deep through a maze of seemingly endless tunnels in the Vatican archives; it is ‘the Mirror Shard’ a broken piece of the infamous Evil Queen’s magic mirror on the wall. Due to its magical energy, it has ties to the spirit realm and can grant the wielder the immense power to summon dark forces and even access the ‘Truth Teller’, who can tell the user anything that takes place under the sky.

The Shard is protected by a heavily guarded vault, a puzzling labrinth full of mind tricks to discourage anyone who manages to get past the vault, holy wards to destabilize the power of the artifact and finally, a seemingly unending weave of centuries old spells to keep its power contained in its chambers. To pull off this almost impossible heist, the crew needs to be made up of a demon hunter (because of the nature of the artifact being targeted), a master of mystical arts (to take care of magical obstacles along the way) and someone crazy enough to break every single rule and still survive to the end.

I chose John because he’s an exorcist whose knowledge of the occult and mastery of cunning tactics would give his team an edge in the game. His expertise in dealing with ghosts and dark forces gives him the position of team tactician and expert demon hunter, which would be necessary especially once the item is located. This is necessary so as to not release unwanted spirits and cause a rift between worlds. John is also fearless, quick thinking and can easily guide his team through the Vatican’s mystical defenses.

  1. Morgana le Fay (from Merlin and fictional character as well) Role: (Magical Expert)

Morgana brings ancient knowledge of spells and curses to aid the team in taking down the artifact’s defenses safely. She can use her magic to manipulate guards, quickly navigate the tunnels and defend her team against supernatural elements. These and other reasons is why she’s part of the team.

  1. Deadpool (from Deadpool) Role: (Combat Specialist and the Ultimate Wildcard)

The Merc with a Mouth brings the unexpected, distractions and advanced combat skills to face off with human guards they might encounter in the vault or even in the event of undead creatures.

The Plan:

Deadpool takes down the guards, swiftly and effectively without alerting any other distractions. This allows the team to progress to labyrinth where Constantine guides them forward using problem solving skills and quick thinking, also aided by Deadpool’s spontaneousity. Once past the labyrinth, the team encounters the Shard placed in a glass box and protected by ancient spells. Morgana breaks apart the spell, allowing Constantine to use a ritual to tear down the holy wards, freeing the Mirror Shard.

What is being stolen?:

The team’s target is The Mask of Anansi, a strong African artifact said to bestow its wearer with unmatched cunning, inhuman strength and control over webs of fate. It is said that no unworthy person could ever fit their face into the mask, or it would mean death or the curse of madness. This mask was stolen from its rightful place in Nigeria by a network of raiders heavily paid by a wealthy politician with interest in this sacred artifact and hidden in an underground vault beneath a high-tech skyscraper in New York City. Nearly impenetrable, the vault has become protected with a network of motion sensors, automated drones, and state-of-the-art AI securities. The heist will require technological know-how, combat skills, and someone with special abilities to counter the state-of-the-art defenses.

Why?: Being the King of Wakanda, T’Challa has an extremely deep emotional rationale to recover the artifact as this is the treasure of his brothers. Why? He adds the experience of a true ninja with expertise in stealth. That means he is very good at breaking into high-security areas, disarming traps with finesse, and putting guards out of commission without alerting others. His katana skills are a plus during close combat. His in depth knowledge of the sewers of New York gives the team and advantage as well, since the target is hidden in the underground belly of New York City.

The Plan:

Leonardo creates a blueprint of the skyscraper’s interior, using his vast knowledge of the area. Black Panther guides them through a sewer tunnel into the belly of the building. Elsa disables the cameras using an icy mist. Once inside the building she freezes other high security monitors, allowing them to walk in undetected. Using advanced Wakandan technology, Black Panther hacks into the AI secured vault while Elsa and Leonardo keep away any distractions. They retrieve the mask of Anasi, with the Panther using an advanced scanner to ensure it is not a decoy mask. Elsa creates an ice slide to help them make a fast escape with Leonardo confusing any other pursuing reinforcements with smoke bombs. The Heist’s Target: The First Avatar

The First Avatar is a young, powerfully gifted individual who is believed to have within them the essence of all four elements-earth, water, fire, and air. Believed to be the first incarnation of the Avatar ever, this individual was said to be able to bend all the elements simultaneously and on a much grander scale compared to anyone else who followed. They were secret and hidden away by an extremely strong organization to make sure their abilities did not fall into the wrong hands, but unfortunately, their position was revealed, and it would now fall on the Lost Boys to organize a heist to get them out before someone with the wrong intentions got a hold of them. However, the temple guardians will never allow this as they falsely believe that the First Avatar is completely safe.

The First Avatar is being kept in a highly fortified, isolated temple high in the mountains, with powerful spiritual wards and technological and physical defenses that make it almost impossible for anyone inside to escape or anyone outside to enter. The temple will be guarded by guardians, elemental trials, and a series of barriers that only he who knows much about the elements and stealth can bypass.

Role: Elemental Master, Stealth Expert

Being the Avatar, Aang happens to be the only one who can truly know the nature of the powers of the Last Avatar. His deep attachment to the elements of nature will make him perfect in going through various elemental challenges and spiritual barriers. He communicates with spirits, so he’s able to offer insight on bypassing obstacles without changing the balance of nature. Having airbending skills, he will also be able to sneak around and evade any detection by the temple guardians.

Role: Flight Specialist and Chief Mischief Maker

Peter’s flying capability and playful nature make him the perfect candidate to infiltrate those high-up or unreachable parts of the temple. His agility and invisibility can help him avoid the temple guards or bypass physical barriers. His mischievous nature will definitely come in handy while dealing with tricky traps and puzzles which may need some out-of-the-box approach for disabling.

Role: Tech Specialist and Combat Support

The cybernetic enhancements on Cyborg allow him to hack into any technological defenses that the temple may have, everything from surveillance systems down to security alarms. His combat skills make him great for dealing with any physical threats that might arise while extracting the Last Avatar. He can also help them monitor the infrastructure to make sure they do not walk into a trap.

The Lost Boys must break into this nearly impenetrable fortress of a temple and retrieve the First Avatar for their safety, all without alerting the highly trained benders that can make escape impossible. What is Being Stolen?

Target is The Maya Eye: an invaluable artifact and said to be a supernatural one, capable of giving to its owner insight and foresight into events, events which he might even shape. Thus, the treacherous Karrari Mountains hide the Eye deep within their expanse, resting in a heavily fortified temple carved into the sheer cliff face. Above that, the mythical protector: a huge eagle with eyes so keen it can see a fly from afar. Below, elite guards of King Otis patrol the rocky base, and none even dares to approach.

Retrieving the Maya Eye requires precision, cunning, and nerve. Under the cover of darkness, the team needs to climb hazardous cliffs, outsmart a beast that fears no predator, and bypass ancient defenses devised to keep thieves away. Failure is simply not an option, for rumor has it that anyone who tries and fails will walk the Karrari peaks forever.

Responsibility: Infiltrator and Scout

Manta is a rogue of unmatched agility and stealth. Known for her ability to meld into the shadows, not even the watchful eyes of the giant eagle can detect her movements. Knowledge of ancient traps and movement through savage terrain makes her very useful as far as scaling the rocky cliffs of Karrari are concerned. With her precision tools in place, she moves the path in silent steps without alerting King Otis’s guards.

Kanto “Whisper” Nakamoto

Role: Beast Whisperer and Strategist

Kanto is an animal whisperer whose expertise in taming ferocious animals is widely acclaimed. His calm and an intellectual insight about animals will help him handle the eagle. By the dint of his experience with the animals, Kanto comes up with a plan in which he would distract or put the guard eagle into a soothing sleep so that the team may go near Maya Eye with a minimum possibility of an aerial attack.

Zarak

Role: The Alchemist and the Distraction Master

Skilled in alchemy and pyrotechnics, Zara created some very potent distraction and defensive tools for his party. He can mix potions and smoke bombs to create some controlled chaos that will distract King Otis’s guards down at the bottom of the cliff beneath them.

The Plan

The plan begins with Kanto “Whisper” Nakamoto distracting the eagle using decoy ultrasonic emitters, to distract the eagle from his team members’ entry point. Manta spearheads the climb up the cliff in a way that the initially hidden route is taken without the guards noticing, with neutralized traps and in silence. Inside, Manta turns off the ancient mechanisms and Zarak uses his alchemy to get around the magical wards protecting the Maya Eye. When the artifact is in hand, Zarak throws out flash bombs and chemical mists to keep the guards confused as the team retreats from the scene via a different route, aided in that by Kanto’s diversionary tactics using bats.

What is being stolen?
The mission is to steal = The Crackium Core, an artifact capable of manipulating and controlling timelines, locked inside the Chrono Nexus Research Facility. The facility is guarded by temporal traps that disorient intruders by resetting them to random points in the past or future. To succeed, the crew needs:
Mastery of time manipulation.
Stealth and agility to navigate the facility.
Tactical skills for evading advanced AI and bypassing quantum locks.

Skill: Time Travel and Strategic Genius
Okabe’s ability to manipulate timelines and foresee consequences makes him the planner. With his Reading Steiner ability, he ensures the team avoids temporal traps and paradoxes during the mission.

Anwuanwu
Skill: Shapeshifting and Supernatural Stealth
The mythical Anwuanwu is a shapeshifter capable of transforming into light or mist. This makes them the perfect infiltrator, bypassing physical barriers and confounding the advanced AI systems. Anwuanwu also scouts the facility’s layout and neutralizes hidden threats without detection.

Anwuanwu slips past the outer security as a mist, mapping out the facility and neutralizing key temporal traps.
While Okabe devises the heist’s blueprint, adapting dynamically to unexpected timeline shifts using his foresight.
And Ben transforms into Upgrade to merge with the facility’s AI systems, gaining control of the internal defenses and unlocking the vault housing the Crackium Core.

Fortunately, or should I say luckily; The team escapes just as the timeline begins destabilizing, leaving no trace but a legend in the multiverse.
