What’s changing?
We’ve adjusted the way we handle small monthly bills. Going forward, if your bill for the month comes in under $10, we’ll simply roll that amount over into the next month rather than charging you immediately. We’ll keep doing this—month after month—until your accumulated balance reaches or exceeds $10. At that point, we’ll prompt payment in the usual way.
Why we did this
- Peace of mind: No more stressing over tiny charges each month.
- Convenience: You can focus on using our service instead of monitoring small bills.
- Flexibility: Your account stays active and fully functional even as we carry small balances over.
What you need to do
- Nothing! As long as your total outstanding balance stays below $10, there’s no action required on your part.
- Keep using our service just as you always have—without interruption.
- Once your balance crosses the $10 threshold, we’ll send you a notification to settle up.
