Thanks for reaching out to us. WHMCS provides a way to add multi language support for addons as detailed here: Multi-Language Support - WHMCS Developer Documentation
Basically we need to add another file with translated strings used in our addon. If you wish to help us translate, let me know how you wish to communicate (here, email or slack) and I will share the strings which need to be translated and we can test it together as well.
